Galaxy S26+

The Samsung Galaxy S26+ sits between the standard S26 and S26 Ultra, offering a compelling middle ground for those who want a larger display without stepping up to Ultra pricing. At $1,099, it's $200 more than the base S26 but delivers meaningful upgrades.

The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED display provides plenty of screen real estate for multitasking, watching videos, and gaming. Like its smaller sibling, it features 120Hz refresh rate and 2,600 nits peak brightness, ensuring excellent visibility in any condition. The larger form factor also accommodates a bigger 5,000mAh battery.

Performance is identical to the S26, with the 2nm Exynos 2600 or Snapdragon 8 Elite delivering flagship-level speed. The 12GB RAM (up from 8GB in previous generation) ensures smooth multitasking and future-proofs the device for AI-heavy workloads.

The AI features are fully featured, including the Gemini integration that can handle multi-step tasks. Samsung's Galaxy AI suite includes Circle to Search, Live Translate, Note Assist, and the new AI-powered scam detection that alerts you to potential phishing attempts in real-time.

Camera setup matches the S26: 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto with 3x optical zoom. The larger body doesn't translate to better cameras, which is a slight disappointment.

The S26+ represents good value for those wanting a larger phone without Ultra pricing, offering a balanced mix of performance, AI features, and battery life.
