Magic V6

The Honor Magic V6 makes a bold statement at MWC 2026 as the world's first foldable phone to achieve an IP69 rating, meaning it's resistant to high-pressure water jets and dust. This is a massive leap forward for foldable durability.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the Magic V6 is the first foldable to use Qualcomm's latest flagship chip. It delivers blazing fast performance for multitasking, gaming, and productivity. The device runs MagicOS based on Android, which now includes improved cross-platform features like two-way notification sync with iPhone and Apple Watch support.

The displays are impressive: a 7.95-inch inner display with 2,352x2,172 resolution and a 6.52-inch outer display with 2,420x1,080 resolution, both with 120Hz refresh rates. The fold is nearly invisible thanks to Honor's improved hinge technology.

Battery capacity is a standout 6,600mAh — the largest in any foldable yet. Charging speeds are respectable though not class-leading.

At $1,809.99 for the 256GB model (discounted from $1,999.99 on Amazon), it undercuts the Galaxy Z Fold 7 while offering better water resistance and larger battery. The Magic V6 launches in select international markets in Q3 2026.

The camera system uses Honor's AiMAGE Color Engine with a 50MP main sensor, though it's not quite on par with camera-centric flagswarts like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
